“ We had car trouble with our formerly trusty 2008 RAV4 while passing through Elkhart. It only had a little over 200,000 miles! Our 2008 limped into Heart City shortly after 4 p.m. when they were closing at 5. The service manager had our car's problem assessed as best he could with limited time, then gave us a complimentary loaner vehicle to get to a nearby hotel. The next morning, after a diagnostic assessment, he called us with the results. “ I absolutely love my new Camry and am very satisfied with it, however the sales experience has not been the best. I have had a lot of trouble with being told things and then it either being incorrect or just not followed through on. I decided on this dealership because at first the service was awesome but once I decided on buying from them I felt like they did not care as much about giving me the best service possible. I had a lot of trouble with getting things done, most of the time I have to ask at least twice maybe three times before my needs are met. I think maybe the lack of good customer service has to do with how young the salesmen are but either way I think if I am giving someone almost $30,000 they should go above and beyond for their customers. My first problem was with tint that I had wanted, my salesman told me that the windows were already tinted and that they could not tint them anymore because they were at the legal limit but there was absolutely no tint on the windows and if there was it was just a UV protection tint. I had to ask another salesmen to get me the tint because my salesmen basically lied to me. I finally got the tint and I am satisfied with it but now I have other issues with my service. I am now dealing with a problem with my remote start, where at first I was given wrong information about my vehicle being compatible with the Entune 3.0 system and then that not being true. It was disappointing but they tried to make it right by giving me a discount on a remote start which I agreed to, but now that has become a problem. Firstly, setting up the appointment was a hassle but I tried to be patient. My salesmen confirmed with me on two different occasions that I would get two remotes and when I got there he even mentioned that the second remote was in my car. When I got home it wasn't and when I asked about it he had said that they don't give two anymore. He said he did not know that they didn't give two anymore but I felt like that was something he should've confirmed, that is his job. I am pretty irritated with this whole experience and hope that maybe this will help someone who is looking to buy from here. I waited to do this review because I was really hoping that maybe my salesmen would come through for me but I am feeling pretty doubtful about that. Not all was bad though, I got a beautiful car and the people here aren't rude or anything just not good at following through on their commitments/giving accurate information. I am still waiting to hear back about the remote start, so maybe I might make another review based on how well that goes. ”

3. All the airbag (AB) systems are Supplemental Restraint Systems. All ABs (if installed) are designed to inflate only under certain conditions and in certain types of severe collisions: frontal and knee ABs typically inflate in frontal collisions; side and side curtain ABs in side collisions; Roll-Sensing Curtain ABs at a severe tilt degree, roll or lateral G-force.
